Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with the original brand box, user manuals, warranty cards, and all free accessories or promotional gifts included in the package.
  • Unused & Unbroken Seal: For gadgets and electronics, the manufacturer's packaging seal must not be broken or tampered with unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • No Physical Damage: The product must have no signs of physical damage, water damage, scratches, or modifications.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Request a Return

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, invoice number, and explain the reason for the return. Attach clear photos or the unboxing video showing the issue.

Approval & Product Drop-off/Shipment

Once approved, you can drop off the product at our collection point or ship it back to us via a reliable courier. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our fault (defective or wrong item).

Quality Inspection

Our quality control team will inspect the product within 48 hours of receipt to verify the claimed issue and ensure the item meets return criteria.

Refund or Replacement

If approved, we will ship a replacement unit or issue a refund according to your preferred payout method.

Refunds will be credited to the original account used for payment or via mobile financial services (MFS):
